Customers of the SledováníTV internet TV service will not yet find the new Prima sport channel permanently included in its official line-up. Tuesday’s victory for Prague’s Sparta in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League served, by mutual agreement, solely as an introductory promotional broadcast.
SledováníTV is currently still in talks with the television group regarding the permanent inclusion of this sports channel. The operator’s marketing manager, Veronika Vyskočilová, told MediaGuru.cz that discussions regarding specific offers are now actively underway. The main focus is on the exact inclusion and positioning of the Prima sport channel within the packages on offer.
For this reason, following the broadcast of Tuesday’s match, the channel has once again disappeared from the bottom of the operator’s channel list. Full availability of the channel to subscribers of this internet TV service therefore depends on the outcome of the current commercial negotiations. Prima Sport’s promotional broadcasts are already available across all key operators on the market, and are also available free of charge on the nationwide DVB-T2 Network 24 in Full HD format.
The official launch of the Prima Sport thematic channel is scheduled for Monday 17 August.
