The Prima Media Group is adjusting its organisational structure and changing the composition of its management team with effect from 1 July 2026.
The current Chief Executive Officer, Marek Singer, is moving to the company’s supervisory board, where he will focus on strategic development and new business opportunities as Chief Strategy & New Business Officer. The group’s current Managing Director, Lukáš Kubát, is taking over as Chief Executive Officer of the Prima Group.
According to Prima, the aim of these changes is to support the further development of activities in the areas of television broadcasting, streaming, news, sport and radio. The changes include new appointments to the board and reshuffles within senior management.
Programme Director Alex Ruzek is moving to the position of Chief Broadcasting & Radio Officer and, in addition to television broadcasting, will now also take charge of the group’s radio operations. Together with Jan Wykrytowicz, she is also becoming a member of the board.
From 1 July 2026, the new board will consist of Lukáš Kubát (CEO), Jan Dosoudil (CFO), Alex Ruzek (Chief Broadcasting & Radio Officer), Jan Wykrytowicz (Chief Streaming Officer), Josef Stránský (Chief Technology Officer) and the future Chief Commercial Officer. Prima has not yet disclosed the latter’s name.
Furthermore, Jaroslav Hrabovský, Investment Director at GES Group, is joining the Supervisory Board. Together with Marek Singer and Johana Wimmerová (GES Group Financial Project Manager), he will thus form part of the company’s supervisory body.
According to the Prima Group, the new structure reflects the growing importance of individual business areas and is intended to support their further development within the media market. “The organisational changes are in line with the Group’s further development and its long-term strategy,” the company stated in an official announcement.
