PRIMA GROUP RESHUFFLE: KUBÁT TO BECOME CHIEF EXECUTIVE, SINGER JOINS THE SUPERVISORY BOARD, RUZEK TO HEAD THE RADIO DIVISION AS WELL

24. 6. 2026 From 1 July 2026, the Prima Media Group will be changing its organisational structure and the composition of its senior management. The current Chief Executive, Marek Singer, will move to the Supervisory Board, whilst the current Managing Director, Lukáš Kubát, will take over as Chief Executive. In addition to television broadcasting, Alex Ruzek will now also oversee the group’s radio operations.

31. 3. 2026 Until a new head is appointed, the management of commercial activities will be temporarily taken over by Executive Director Lukáš Kubát and Finance Director Jan Dosoudil.

26. 3. 2026 Lukáš Kubát has been at the helm of the second commercial TV channel since last autumn. He aims to reach one million subscribers on the Prima streaming platform.

28. 1. 2026 Prima is changing its organisational structure. It is introducing new divisions: Content and Production, headed by Jan Maxa, and Product, headed by Petr Král. Josef Hladík is moving to head the Media Club radio division. The temporary head of prima+ is the group's CEO, Lukáš Kubát.
