JAN VLČEK JOINS PRIMA’S MANAGEMENT TEAM AND WILL ALSO DRAW UP THE COMPANY’S BUSINESS POLICY

15. 7. 2026 The Prima Media Group is expanding its senior management team. The newly created position of Executive Advisor to the Board will be filled by Jan Vlček, who has experience in management roles at TV Nova, the CME Group and in the investment sector. He will focus on business strategy, developing partnerships and identifying new growth opportunities.

24. 6. 2026 From 1 July 2026, the Prima Media Group will be changing its organisational structure and the composition of its senior management. The current Chief Executive, Marek Singer, will move to the Supervisory Board, whilst the current Managing Director, Lukáš Kubát, will take over as Chief Executive. In addition to television broadcasting, Alex Ruzek will now also oversee the group’s radio operations.

28. 1. 2026 Prima is changing its organisational structure. It is introducing new divisions: Content and Production, headed by Jan Maxa, and Product, headed by Petr Král. Josef Hladík is moving to head the Media Club radio division. The temporary head of prima+ is the group's CEO, Lukáš Kubát.
