In seventeen years we have built the largest Czech multimedia house from one TV channel to a consolidated result of almost CZK 7 billion. However, the ongoing fundamental transformation of the media behaviour of viewers and listeners motivates us that now, at the peak, is the right moment to make a fundamental change and entrust the day-to-day management to the next generation. In Lukáš Kubát I see a personality who will continue the digital transformation, fulfill the strategy of total video and lead Prima Group to further success. I remain Chairman of the Board and in my role as CEO I will focus on the long-term strategic development of the Group, innovation and strategic partnerships," says Marek Singer, CEO of Prima Group.
"My priority will be to be able to react quickly to changes in the media environment and to support the team in adapting to new challenges. Digitalisation brings fundamental changes in audience habits and new ways of monetisation - and I see this as a great opportunity for the further development of our online platforms.
