When will filming begin?
The filming date for the third series of Zrádci has not yet been announced. However, the second series was filmed for almost a month from mid-March, and the castle was closed to the public until 12 April as a result. Currently, the Křivoklát Castle website announces film shooting for the entire month of March, from Saturday, 28 February to Tuesday, 31 March 2026. This could correspond to the length of filming for Zrádci. "It's because of film shooting, I can't say more at this point," Stanislav Stejskal from Křivoklát told iDNES.cz.
Where will Zrádci 2026 be filmed?
A return to the same location is expected: "Křivoklát has proven to be very successful, and it has not yet become a national park. So there is a good chance that we will return," said the director. Prima TV has not yet officially confirmed the filming location.

The third season will likely air in autumn 2026. The second season of Zrádci premiered on TV Prima on 14 September 2025 and a week earlier on Prima . The finale aired on 30 November 2025.

According to one of the participants, Petr, the audition for the reality show Zrádci was very detailed and personal. This approach shows that the show not only examines strategic thinking and the ability to hide information, but also the psychological resilience of the participants.
Director Markus Krug promised fans that the same crew and concept that proved successful in previous series would return. "The third instalment has been approved, and we are returning with the same team," he said after the finale of the second series.

The second series recently culminated in a thrilling finale. The winner was Mia, real name Věra Kirchnerová, a police investigator who posed as a yoga instructor during the game.
