TV Nova is moving its Saturday edition of *Televizní noviny* to the centre of Brno. Presenters Lucie Borhyová and Rey Koranteng will broadcast the main news programme from Náměstí Svobody as part of the Czech Republic MotoGP Grand Prix weekend.
On Saturday 20 June 2026,TV Nova will broadcast ‘Televizní noviny’ live from Brno’s Svobody Square. The main news programme will be presented by Lucie Borhyová and Rey Koranteng. The Czech Republic MotoGP Grand Prix is taking place in Brno this weekend.
The presenting duo will bring viewers not only the key events of the day, but also the atmosphere in the city centre, where tens of thousands of fans from the Czech Republic and abroad are heading.
“When an event of such significance takes place in the Czech Republic, we want to be right there at the heart of it,” explained Kamil Houska, TV Nova’s news director.
The weekend’s coverage will also include ‘Sportovní noviny’, which will be produced directly at the Masaryk Circuit.
The full MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 race programme will be broadcast on Nova Sport and the Oneplay platform, including live coverage of practice sessions, qualifying and races.
