2. 7. 20262. 7. 2026
Óčko continues to hold licences for terrestrial broadcasting until 2030 and for broadcasting via special transmission systems until 2034.

The Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting (RRTV) has recorded the expiry of Stanice O’s licence to operate the Óčko television programme broadcast via cable systems. The licence expired on 22 May 2026 in accordance with the Act on Radio and Television Broadcasting.

This licence was granted in 2002 and subsequently extended in 2014. The RRTV will issue a certificate confirming the expiry of the licence in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.

However, the expiry of this specific licence does not mean the end of broadcasting for the music channel Óčko. Stanice O continues to hold other valid authorisations for programme distribution. In the case of the Óčko channel, it holds a licence for terrestrial broadcasting until 2030 and a licence for broadcasting via special transmission systems (the internet) until 2034.

The themed channel Óčko Star is broadcast via terrestrial transmission, online and via satellite. Óčko Expres is available via terrestrial transmission and online, whilst Óčko Black is available on cable.
