Out of 257 entries, 120 have made it onto the shortlist for this year’s ADC Czech Creative Awards.

The 33rd edition of the ADC Czech Creative Awards has published its shortlist. Following three days of judging by the core juries, 120 entries were selected from the 257 submitted. The complete overview can be viewed in the gallery on the competition website adcawards.cz.

VML Czechia leads the way with 15 shortlist entries, followed by Zaraguza with 12 nominations and Saatchi & Saatchi Prague in third place with 8 entries in the running. The campaign with the best chance of winning is ‘Could We Stand Up to Evil Too? ’ by Oak Prague, which has secured six shortlist entries.

The selection was made by an international jury comprising more than fifty judges from across Europe. The Advertising Jury was chaired by Manuel Wenzel, Chief Creative Officer at TBWA\Switzerland AG, and the Art Jury by Ramona Todoca, Creative Director at Wieden Kennedy in Amsterdam.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday 29 April at a gala ceremony at Nová Spirál in Prague. The evening will be hosted by drag queens Just Karen and Tonic Garbàge. In addition to the winners’ announcement, special awards will also be presented: Client of the Year, Agency of the Evening, and the Golden Spark for an exceptional contribution to Czech advertising.

All entries will have the opportunity to participate in the European ADC*E Awards competition, the results of which are reflected in the Global Creative Rankings – a ranking that tracks the creative performance of agencies across Europe.
