On Christmas Eve, Prima will bring back the comedy Sám doma, and on New Year's Eve it will include special episodes of Incognito and Prima Partička.
Prima Television is also basing this year's Christmas scheme on a combination of traditional Czech fairy tales, family films and several premieres. The station will offer viewers tried-and-tested titles such as Pyšná princezna, Sám doma and Princezna zakletá v čase 2, as well as more modern fairy tale and comedy titles, according to its programming plans.
On Christmas Eve, Prima's programme will start with the Czech fairy tale Princezna zakletá v čase 2 (06:05), followed by the 1930s classic Lízin let do nebe and the fairy tale Když draka bolí hlava. In the afternoon, a live-action version of Popelka from 2015 will be shown. In the early evening, the station will present the traditional Pyšná princezna (15:45), followed by the comedy Cesta do Ameriky after the evening news. The main evening title on 24 December will again be the first episode of the family classic Sám doma (20:15). Later in the evening, Prima will also offer the premiere of the American action comedy Poslední zakázka.
On 25 December, Prima has scheduled the Czech premiere of Popelka: nový příběh (a French comedy from 2017), as well as the animated movie Ledové království, the classics Pyšná princezna, Hrátky s čertem and the adventurous movie Muž s železnou maskou. The evening's main film will be Sám doma 2: Ztracen v New Yorku (8:15pm). It will be followed by the American comedy Lidé, které nesnášíme na svatbě.
For the second Christmas holiday, the evening's main film has been chosen as the fairy tale Princ a večernice (20:15). In the second evening slot, Prima will show the Czech comedy Indián. During the day it will also broadcast Princezna na hrášku or Panna a netvor.
The Christmas week will also offer comedies such as Ženská na krku, Pretty Woman, Seznamka, Špindl and fairy tales Sedmero krkavců, Panna a netvor and Třetí princ.
New Year's Eve evening entertainment will be provided this year by special editions of Incognito - Silvestr 2025 and Prima Partička Silvestr.
