Prima will include new series Polabí and Mladá krev in its fall programming. After nine years, Pohlreich's show Ano, šéfe! will return, and the second season of Zrádci will be offered. Most of the main programs will start on Prima in the last week of August.

The fall program schedule for the main channel of the Prima group brings several new features. Among the main ones is the launch of the new series Polabí on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The highly anticipated new series will fill the slot previously occupied by the series Kamarádi, which is moving to Wednesday prime time. New episodes of the reality show Zrádci will be introduced, as well as the show Ano, šéfe! after a nine-year hiatus. The crime series Mladá krev will also premiere. Prima presented its fall schedule at a press conference on Thursday, accompanied by the slogan "Budete koukat" ("You'll be watching").

The series ZOO will also return to early evening broadcasting after the summer break. At the same time, established programs such as Máme rádi Česko, Prostřeno!, Show Jana Krause and 7 pádů Honzy Dědka will continue.

"The fall season on Prima will be packed with exclusive new shows, including premieres, entertainment programs, and the continuation of popular formats. The highlight of the program will undoubtedly be the new series Polabí and the second series of Zrádci, which is even more suspenseful and treacherous. In addition, we have prepared a unique experience for fans in the form of an exclusive screening in selected cinemas," said Marek Singer, CEO of the Prima group.

Prima is also preparing other programs for the second half of the fall. It plans to announce them in about two months. Among the titles in the works are a new series of Zákony vlka and another program with Vojtěch Kotek called Farma Vojty Kotka.

TV Prima's fall formats

Main fall formats

  • Polabí (Polabí), subtitled "This is our home," is a new family series set in the fictional town of Polabí. The story opens with the murder of a young girl whom everyone has known since birth. The series shows how a criminal act affects friendships, relationships, and neighborly coexistence. It is directed by Biser A. Arichtev and stars Johana Matoušková, Saša Rašilov, Václav Vydra, Miroslav Etzler, Vilma Cibulková, Martin Písařík, Tomas Sean Pšenička, Jiří Vyorálek, Jan Hampl, Lukáš Příkazký, Lucie Polišenská, Pavel Řezníček, Lucie Štěpánková, Adam Vacula, and Hana Drozdová. The first episode will air on Prima on August 26 and will premiere on prima+.

  • Mladá krev is a crime series that combines the experience of seasoned police officers with the energy and innovative approach of young detectives. Set in a regional homicide department, the series will offer viewers cases, generational clashes, humor, and relationship twists every Saturday. The series connects episodic cases with larger central mysteries—the unsolved case of a woman shot on the shore of a pond and an unsuccessful police intervention with tragic consequences. These plots gradually reveal that the perpetrator may be closer than the investigator thinks. The series was created under the direction of Alice Nellis, who is the author of the concept, director and screenwriter of some episodes, and supervisor of the entire project. The main roles are played by Igor Bareš, Kryštof Hádek, Jan Révai, Simona Lewandowska, Adam Ernest, Martin Kubačák, Samuel Toman, Julia Issa, Jan Jankovský, Lucie Žáčková and others. The series starts on August 30 on Prima, but viewers can watch the first episode on August 23 in a preview on prima+.

  • Ano, šéfe! Zdeněk Pohlreich's show returns after nine years with new episodes. The next series will start on August 28 in the evening on Prima, and viewers can catch a weekly preview on prima+. The 100th episode of the show was filmed during this series. When and where was it?

  • Zrádci II (Traitors II). Vojtěch Kotek will also host the second season of the psychological reality show Zrádci (Traitors) in the role of the lord of the castle. The principle of the game remains the same—traitors murder loyal subjects, who then try to expose them. According to Prima representatives, the new series will be "even darker." Filming took place again at Křivoklát, with the first episode airing on September 7 on prima+ and September 14 on TV Prima. Each episode will be followed by a talk show called Traitors: From Beyond the Grave with eliminated players.

  • Kamarádi. The series returns with new episodes on Wednesday, August 27. They promise the arrival of new actors and new storylines.

  • ZOO. The fall episodes will bring new characters, twists, and family dramas. The premiere episodes will air every weekday at 6:00 p.m. on Prima and a week in advance on prima+.

  • Bez lítosti II. A docu-reality series chronicling the life stories of Czech murderers convicted of the most serious crimes will premiere on August 30.

prima+: Nordic crime series and Night Surgeon

The streaming platform prima+ is betting on original Czech productions and international titles, many of which it will offer viewers before they are broadcast on traditional television. Viewers can look forward to the second season of the documentary series Ve službě: Za mřížemi 2. This time, the eight new episodes will also focus on relationships in a women's prison, both between prison staff and inmates. In the fall, prima+ will also premiere a new four-part miniseries, Noční operatér, inspired by real events and well-known media cases, which combines police investigations with the medical environment. Lukáš Vaculík will star in the lead role as a heart surgeon. The range of foreign titles will be expanded with chilling new detective stories from the Scandinavian library Viaplay.
