THE MOST VALUABLE FOOD BRAND IS NESTLÉ, NON-ALCOHOLIC COCA-COLA

Brand Finance has compiled the latest brand value rankings for the food, soft drinks and dairy segments.

The global value of the top 100 most valuable food brands in 2025 has reached USD 250.8 billion, according to Brand Finance' s ranking. Nestlé remains the leader in food, Coca-Cola dominates beverages and China's Yili retains the top spot in dairy.

Nestlé retained its position as the world's most valuable food brand with a value of $20.0 billion, although it fell 4% year-on-year. The runner-up, Lay's, is worth $12.7 billion. The analysis shows that Nestlé scores well in awareness (9.7 out of 10) and credibility (7.4), but faces challenges in consumer engagement and price acceptance (6.3). Nestlé's total brand portfolio is worth $65.4 billion.

Swiss chocolate maker Lindt increased its brand value by 14% to US$4.9 billion, making it into the top ten most valuable food brands and also among the top six strongest. It has the highest price acceptance scores in key European markets. According to Brand Finance, more than half of consumers in the UK, Switzerland and Germany consider Lindt "expensive but worth it".

Coca-Cola remains the most valuable soft drink brand for the 11th year. Its value grew 32% to $46.3 billion, more than double that of Pepsi ($22.5 billion). Coca-Cola also achieved the highest brand strength among the top 50 beverage brands, with a score of 93.4 out of 100.

China's Yili maintained its position as the most valuable dairy brand for the sixth consecutive year (US$11.2 billion). The sector's fastest growing brand is France's Président ( 51% to US$3.2 billion). The strongest dairy brand and the strongest European brand across all sectors this year is Finland's Valio.
