PPL JOIN THE “HOCKEY FEVER” WITH TV CAMPAIGN

PPL is deploying its first TV campaign for the upcoming World Cup.

For the first time in its history, PPL is taking its campaign to television. During the hockey championship, its advertising spot will appear on Czech TV and also online, including social media.

PPL's campaign highlights the core pillar of its philosophy - "reliability at all times" - and emphasises the importance of sport. The campaign also includes product spots that present different types of services and their advantages. Petra Horváthová and Bořek Joura are the faces of the commercial.


"This year's domestic environment offers a unique opportunity to emotionally connect the whole country and cheer together. When preparing for this prestigious event, it was crucial for us to create an advertising campaign that will appeal to and excite not only the fans, but also our customers,"

says Lenka Vitovská, Communications Manager at PPL CZ.

The campaign was created in cooperation with Knowlimits agency, which was behind the creative design, spot production and media planning and buying. Jakub Machala was the director.
