Forum Media enters its 26th year with a packed programme featuring dozens of top-tier presentations across six specialist stages throughout the day. The Czech Republic’s largest conference for marketing and advertising, communications and media will fill the halls of Prague’s O2 universum on Tuesday, 10 November. On that day, 27 international guests from 14 countries will arrive in Prague, with nearly one hundred experts from across the communications industry taking to the Forum Media stages.

The MAM STAGE will host leading figures from the worlds of global advertising, show business and media. In the afternoon, it will also welcome several special guests from the Czech market, including the heads of some of the country’s most successful festival brands — the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, Colours of Ostrava and Rock for People.

The STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS STAGE builds on the long-standing tradition of the PR Summit, expanding its scope to include other increasingly influential disciplines within the communications mix, such as B2B strategies, engagement with the influencer ecosystem, and the ethical considerations surrounding new communication channels and formats. This stage is organised by Forum Media in cooperation with the Association of Public Relations.

At the MEDIA PLAYGROUND STAGE, once again held under the auspices of Czech Television and Czech Radio, the main focus will be on the growing responsibility involved in creating high-quality content. Topics will include safeguarding the independence of editorial content amid mounting political and business pressures, as well as the safe use of AI tools for sourcing and verifying information. The programme will also explore major international investigative projects, reporting from war zones and the ways in which media can be exploited to support terrorism.

The programme will once again feature the EFFIE STAGE, where, alongside presentations of successful campaigns and strategies that have demonstrated above-average effectiveness, attendees will find out who has made the shortlist for the latest edition of the Effie Awards. Presentations by international speakers will be complemented by panel discussions featuring agency representatives and their clients. The stage programme is being prepared in cooperation with the Association of Communication Agencies.

A new addition to this year’s event is a dedicated showcase of the television segment on the newly created ALL SCREENS STAGE. Under the tagline “Television Is Not a TV Set”, the programme will explore both the opportunities and challenges of measurement in audiovisual media, as well as the latest developments in premium video content. The half-day programme has been prepared by the Association of Television Organisations. It will be followed in the afternoon by the DATA & INSIGHT STAGE, dedicated to research, data and audiences. A diverse series of talks has been curated by the SIMAR association.

The ME•DIA•LOG STAGE will once again feature workshops. FocusOn is already preparing one, while TikTok is working on another. Further sessions will be presented by the organisers of the Influcon conference, one of several partner events with which Forum Media has recently entered into strategic cooperation. Other partners include the Shifts26 business conference and the World Communication Forum in Davos. Attendees of these partner events will be eligible for preferential conditions when visiting Forum Media.

The full-day programme will culminate with appearances by the conference’s special guests, actor and director Vojta Kotek and the new Archbishop of Prague, Stanislav Přibyl.

This year, attendees can also choose from an expanded range of ticket options depending on whether they wish to attend only a selected part of the programme or gain access to all conference stages. A detailed overview of the individual ticket categories is available on the Forum Media 2026 conference website.
