The spring season of the new year 2026 on Oneplay will be marked by the premieres of Metoda Markovič: Straka, Série Monyová and Pád domu Kollerů.
The Oneplay platform will launch its most anticipated projects of the new season, the miniseries Metoda Markovič: Straka, right at the beginning of the new year. The new series, in which Nova continues to chart the detective work of Jiří Markovič, describes another case - the capture and conviction of the "Spartakiad killer" Jiří Straka. "I can hint that the second series will be different in many ways, and Markovic's method will be put to severe tests in it," Voyo creative producer Tomáš Hruška said earlier. The character of Jiří Markovič will again be played by Petr Lněnička.
Also in the pipeline is the Série Monyová, which depicts the story of a successful writer whose life ended in tragedy. The six-part Oneplay Original, inspired by the fate of Brno writer Simona Monyová, who struggled with domestic violence for many years, was the winner of this year's Serial Killer International Festival. The lead role will be played by Tereza Ramba. Her first husband is portrayed by Kryštof Hádek, and her second husband by Igor Orozovič. Besides them, Klára Melíšková, Václav Kopta, Jenovéfa Boková, Anna Fialová, Simona Kollárová, Vojtěch Machuta, Martin Myšička, Denisa Barešová, Tatjana Medvecká and others also appear in the story. The series was directed by Zuzana Kirchnerová, the series was created in cooperation with Film & Roll producer Veronika Finková based on a script by Barbara Námerová.
Among the new series is also the series Pád domu Kollerů based on a script by Natálie Kocábová. The seven-part series, which depicts the life of an extended family headed by an 80-year-old grandmother, has already had several festival screenings in Greece and the USA. This year, it also premiered at the International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Zlín, Finale Pilsen, Ota Hofman Festival and Serial Killer International Festival. Director Jan Hřebejk cast Božidara Turzonovová in the main role of the grandmother and Tereza Volánková in the role of the single mother. Bolek Polívka, David Matásek, Petra Hřebíčková and Antonín Jan Abrhám will also play the roles.
In the documentary genre, Oneplay will offer two new films. The series Bohyně Slávie will take viewers behind the scenes of women's football. The four-part documentary series follows one competitive season of the Prague Slavia women's football team. The three-part documentary series Láska nebolí thematically follows the feature miniseries Monyová, but takes the view of domestic violence further. It brings real stories of people who have experienced violence in close relationships first-hand - as children, partners, parents.
The reality shows Survivor and Farma will also return with new series. And new episodes will also be offered by Ordinace v růžové zahradě 2, which will premiere on 5 January 2026.
