The detective reality show Zrádci will have a sequel, Prima TV confirmed on Sunday evening.

Prima Television has confirmed it will film a third series of the detective reality show Zrádci after the end of the second season. Although it had previously announced the casting for the third series, it has not yet confirmed that it will actually film it. She only made the announcement on Sunday night after the second series finale aired.

The winner of the second series is Chief Superintendent Mia, who has been a traitor from the very beginning. "It scares me that a lot of people don't realise who they are lending their children to, the extreme freedom they sometimes give them and don't keep track of who they entrust their child to. I wanted to show how easy it is to manipulate people, and I used the techniques that are used by the very people who hurt children to gain their trust. Maybe this will make people realise that they should watch their children more," she said.

Prima also confirmed that it is developing a new travel reality show, Asia Express, for Prima and prima+  viewers, which will air in spring 2026. Filmed in Southeast Asia, the global format will feature pairs of contestants who must move across countries on a shoestring budget, complete challenging tasks and maintain good relationships with each other to stand a chance at a big cash prize.

The reality show Zrádci serves as a model example of the new multimedia strategy of Prima Prima's premium formats, according to Prima Group CEO Lukáš Kubát. From a single TV format, Prima has built an ecosystem including aftershows, podcasts, online content and events, enabling it to monetize the program across platforms from TV advertising to creative formats to subscriptions to prima+. For the second series of reality show Zrádci, traditional advertising already accounts for only 37% of revenue, while creative advertising accounts for 47% and VOD for nearly 18%.

At the same time, reality show Zrádci significantly boosts the performance of the prima+ platform , where it can bring up to six times more users than other successful shows. On a monthly basis, the prima+ service has a total of around 600,000 active users and the paid plan is already larger than the free plan. The format has a strong reach among viewers aged 15-54 and can attract audiences even to cinemas, where episodes have been seen by thousands of people. A key role is played by the windowing strategy: previewing on VOD, cinema events, podcasts during the week and then showing on TV, which Kubat says maximises revenue and keeps the show in viewers' constant attention.
