28. 9. 202528. 9. 2025
From 28 September to 3 October, the main Czech television stations will offer viewers a series of major pre-election debates.

The Superdebate, which will bring the strongest leaders of the political entities running for the Chamber of Deputies into direct conflict on Sunday 28 September at 20:00 on ČT1 and ČT24, will open the final week of pre-election debates. It will be moderated by Marcela Augustová.

The Sunday superdebate on ČT1 and ČT24 will feature Petr Fiala (SPOLU), Karel Havlíček (ANO), Zdeněk Hřib (Piráti), Kateřina Konečná (Stačilo), Petr Macinka (Motoristé sobě), Tomio Okamura (SPD), Vít Rakušan (STAN) and Robert Šlachta (Přísaha).

On Monday, 29 September, ČT24 will present the last duel of the four duels featuring the electoral leaders of the eight strongest groups from 22:00. It is questionable whether Andrej Babiš and Petr Fiala will meet there. Babiš has not publicly confirmed his participation in the debates on Czech Television.

In any case, the campaign will culminate in two direct confrontations between the candidates for prime minister. On Wednesday, 1 October, in the "Superduel" on Prima and CNN Prima News, Prime Minister Petr Fiala and the chairman of the strongest group according to the pre-election polls , Andrej Babiš, are to face each other again in another duel on the evening of 2 October on Nova.

Before that, representatives of the Piráti, Motoristé sobě and EStačilo will meet on CNN Prima News in a Monday night debate and on Tuesday night in a duel between the chairmen of STAN and SPD.

On TV Nova there will be a debate on Thursday afternoon from 17:00 before the final duel between the chairmen of the other parties that have a chance to enter the House (i.e. they have 3% or more in pre-election polls).
