An 88.09 per cent stake in FTV Prima, the holder of licences to broadcast the Prima Group’s television channels, was transferred from GES Media Europe B.V. to GES Group Holding B.V. The transfer relates to the stake held within the Dutch companies of the GES Group, which is controlled by businessman Ivan Zach. The Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting ( RRTV) had already approved the change at the end of June.
At the same time, the regulator reviewed the documentation relating to the change in the shareholder structure of FTV Prima following the intra-group merger of Prima Media Club Group and Prima Media Holding. As a result of the merger, Prima Media Club Groupceased to exist and its assets, including a one per cent stake in FTV Prima, were transferred to Prima Media Holding. The RRTV had already approved this change at its third meeting of 2026, which took place in March.
The current ownership structure of FTV Prima is as follows:
- GES Group Holding B.V.: 88.09%
- Prima Media Holding: 1.0 per cent
- GES Media Asset: 10.91%
