Pavel Brázda has previously served as Creative Lead at Prima; from April, he will become Creative Director.
Pavel Brázda will become Creative Director of the Prima Group from 1 April. He will be responsible for all audiovisual output, the overall management and development of the creative team, mentoring key talent, and setting quality standards across the entire department.
Pavel Brázda has previously served as Creative Lead at Prima. “Pavel brings a unique combination of agency experience and in-depth knowledge of the television industry. He has long been raising the creative quality of our output, and his approach bridges strategy with execution. I believe that in his new role, he will be a key driver of the further development of the Prima Group’s brands,” says Petr Král, Director of the Product Division and Interim Marketing Director of the Prima Group.
“I see this as a logical step. Although our in-house creative department is in many ways similar to an agency environment, it requires specific experience that you simply cannot gain anywhere other than in television,” says Pavel Brázda, adding: “The audiovisual sector and the advertising and media market have transformed incredibly in recent years, and what we do now at Prima—and how we do it—differs fundamentally from how things were, say, two years ago. The work of the creative department is no longer just about self-promotion for individual channels, but about entire integrated campaigns. And we really do have a wealth of brands and products.”
Brázda has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. He has worked at agencies including Mark/BBDO, Euro/RSCG and McCann Erickson, and has collaborated with many other agencies and clients on a freelance basis. He spent several years at TV Nova as a senior copywriter and idea maker, and has been working as a creative lead at Prima for almost 13 years.
