The Nova Group will broadcast its Easter programme across its linear channels and the Oneplay streaming platform.
The Nova Group will include a special Easter edition of the competition Na lovu, themed episodes of the series Ulice, and the premieres of several programmes in prime time. Aleš Cibulka, Adéla Elbel, Emanuel Ridi, and Petra Bučková will take part in the Easter edition of Na lovu.
From Good Friday to Easter Monday, Nova's main channel will offer a combination of premieres and reruns of well-known titles. New episodes of the series Sex O'Clock and Odznak Vysočina, as well as the new series Buldok z Poděbrad, will appear in prime time. Saturday evening will feature the premiere of the knowledge competition Superlov.
The holiday programme will also include Czech films, such as the comedies Dovolená s Andělem and Anděl na horách, as well as the fairy tales Ať žijí duchové! and Hrátky s čertem.
Its Oneplay platform will feature, among other things, an animated adaptation of the fairy tale Pyšná princezna, the adventure film Pokémon: Detective Pikachu, the series Sandokan: Malajský tygr, and the comic book Aquaman. The animated Pyšná princezna is a feature-length adaptation of a classic Czech fairy tale from 2024 inspired by Božena Němcová's original story.
The film offering will also be complemented by other Nova Group stations. Nova Cinema will include films such as Madagascar, Peter Rabbit, Ready Player One, Se7en and Noah.
Nova Action will offer films such as The Matrix Reloaded, U-571, Street Kings, and Meg 2: The Trench.
Nova Lady will show the historical drama Memoirs of a Geisha, the romantic comedy Leap Year, and new episodes of the series The Last Kingdom.
