Czech Television's new Christmas Eve fairy tale Záhada strašidelného zámku became the most watched programme on Czech screens this Christmas. In total, including delayed viewing and PC viewing, it was watched by 2.85 million viewers over the age of 4. According to the information provided by ČT, it was the 20th most watched fairy tale broadcast on Christmas Eve since 1997, when the measurement of viewership began.
In total, nine titles offered by Czech Television were ranked in the top 10 most watched Christmas programmes. The second most-watched Christmas tale this year was the co-produced premiere Největší zázrak with more than two million viewers and the third was Anděl Páně 2 with 1.8 million viewers. This is according to the official ATO-Nielsen television ratings data.

Daytime share in the over-four year old group totalled 44.71% in the period 24.12.-26.12.2025. The share of the second group, Nova, reached 22.14% and the Prima group 18.05%.
Of the individual stations, ČT1 was the most popular with a share of 36,61 % (all day, 4 ), followed by TV Nova ( 15,34 %), TV Prima (9,32 %), Televize Seznam ( 4,69 %) and ČT2 (4,18 %).
In total, 7.7 million viewers (reach 4 ), representing 83 % of the population over 4 years of age, sought out TV broadcasting in the period 24 December - 26 December 2025. The average daily reach was 6.6 million viewers.
