ART DIRECTORS CLUB ANNOUNCES THE THIRD CREATIVE EXPRESS

ADC is launching the next edition of the Creative Express Czech Slovakia competition for young talents aged 21 to 28.

The Art Directors Club Czech Republic (ADC) is launching registration for the third edition of the Creative Express Czech Republic competition, aimed at young talents aged 21 to 28. The project connects the Czech and Slovak advertising scenes and offers a 24-hour challenge that combines a briefing, a creative process during a train journey, mentoring and a final presentation in Prague.

This year's main partner is Komerční banka, which will provide the contestants with a client brief. ČD provides transport for the participants and also helps to maintain the original idea of the project - a creative challenge on the rails between Prague and Bratislava.

Registration opens on Monday, 3 November 2025 at 12:00 and is open to 12 teams of two. Young talents from the communication field and university students can apply. A maximum of two teams per agency or employer may participate. The registration fee is four thousand crowns per team, two thousand crowns for student teams. The price includes a return ticket, accommodation for one night in a hotel in Bratislava, refreshments and competition materials.

The competition will kick off on the morning of 27 November 2025 at the WPP campus, where participants will receive a brief from Komerční banka. This will be followed by a train journey to Bratislava coupled with creative work, mentoring and networking with colleagues from ADC Slovakia.

In Bratislava, the expedition will receive mentoring from leading Slovak creatives, networking and polishing of competition presentations at the hotel. The next day, Express heads back to Prague where an expert jury will announce the winners based on the public presentations and offer useful feedback to the contestants. The winning team will get the opportunity to advance to the European finals of Creative Express.

One of the selected creative concepts will then be implemented in cooperation with Komerční banka. As in previous editions, the design will thus go into real execution. In 2024, the team of Radim Šlechta and Šimon Dolejšek from Boomerang won with the concept for ČD "Create memories, not plans", which impressed the jury with its simplicity and emotional insight.
