CNN Prima News is launching Start[up]ujeme, a weekly show that will offer a look at the Czech and global startup scene and opportunities in innovation and technology.
CNN Prima News is coming up with a new format focused on the startup scene. The Start[up]ujeme show will offer a look at current trends, companies and investment opportunities in innovation and technology every Saturday at 1.30pm. The host is Petr Suchoň, who will be looking for answers to questions about what is driving the startup world and where the space for new projects is opening up, together with company founders, investors and experts.
Each episode will focus on a specific sector, such as artificial intelligence, logistics or the job market. The show's expert guarantors are Vojta Roček and Lucie Brešová from the Presto Tech Horizons fund and Ondřej Krátký from startups Liftago and grid.online. The Czech Startup Association and the StartupJobs portal are also involved in the production.
The main partner is the industrial group CSG, which supports startups through the Presto Tech Horizons fund. "Startups are an opportunity that opens doors. We have created a format that will be simple, understandable and without illusions," said Pavel Skořepa, the project's dramaturg.
The first episode of Start[up]ujeme will be aired by CNN Prima News on Saturday , August 23 at 1.30 pm. The shorter TV part and the longer video podcast version will also be available online and on podcast platforms.
