FORUM MEDIA 25 CONFERENCE IS COMING UP. WHAT WILL THE EFFIE STAGE BRING?

The Effie Stage at this year's Forum Media 2025 international conference will provide an opportunity to look at data on marketing effectiveness and be inspired by the best European and domestic projects. For the second time, the Effie Stage will announce the Effie Czech Republic shortlist and the winners of the Art Directors Club special award.

Forum Media 2025 takes place on 25 November at the O2 universum conference centre in Prague. Visitors to the Effie Stage can expect several case studies of campaigns that have changed the world of advertising. Dimitris Savvakos from Ogilvy will bring Dove's 'Dear Influencers' campaign, which achieved a change in the national advertising code, and Darren Hawkins from McCann will outline how Aldi turned social media into its play space.

Both stories confirm that courage and creativity not only delivers results but also has a long-term impact on brand perception. But not only those. Duncan Southgate of global research agency Kantar will show how to use AI to grow your brand too.

Participants will learn which campaigns are among the most effective on the Czech market, while the president of the Association of Communication Agencies, Petra Jankovičová, will also present the first insights from the jury's deliberations. Right at the Media Forum, the Art Directors Club will then award the most creative campaigns that have brought not only excellent business results, but also original solutions. The other nominees will have to wait for the Effie Czech Republic gala on 10 December.

This year's Effie Stage will be closed by a panel discussion of the authors of last year's golden projects on the relationship between creativity and effectiveness. The questions will be whether effective communication without ideas must be boring, or whether creativity without results is useless. Four gold-award winning campaigns from previous years will show different paths to success - from courage and relevance to consistent brand building.

"On the Effie Stage, we want to show through concrete examples that effective marketing is not just about numbers, but also about the courage to change the rules of the game. We want to inspire the whole industry to look for solutions that work not only in the short term, but also in relation to society and brand values," concludes Petra Jankovičová, President of AKA and CEO of Triad Prague.

The overall results of Effie Czech Republic will be announced at a gala event on 10 December. The competition has been organised by the Association of Communication Agencies since 1997. Last year the jury distributed 45 awards in 12 categories.
